– All participants must not have any current injuries that could be affected by participating in BeActive activities
– All participants must remove jewellery, glasses, large belt buckles, or any other fragile or sharp objects.
– Participants must wear appropriate footwear (covering toes).
– For events, a 20% deposit is required to reserve the booking.
– We go ahead in rain unless there is a weather warning where a rain date will be offered.
– If you choose not to run your event due to weather, we ask that you give more than 24 hours notice. If within 24 hours of the event we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
– BeActive reserves the right to charge for the damage to any of the equipment.
– Participants must acknowledge that Using BeActive could lead to known and/or unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, including to the participant, or to other third parties.
